I think their msg board is fairly new. Maybe in the "New Site" section someone could make a thread on using the technician to preserve traditions (not just dairly tar hell, but serving as a reminder for lots of ncsu traditions) rather than ending them in addition to whatever e-mailing campaign is underway.

Not to defend the Technician or anything, but there is always a story done about the opposing team before a game.

A big story for UNC this season is Hansbrough, so the story was written about him. It's not meant to be pro-UNC. It's just a newspaper story about the team we happen to be playing.

I wrote for Technician Sports for two years before I graduated when we actually WERE a real newspaper. The sports is still the best part, but the rest of the paper looks like and reads like it was written by a bunch of high school kids with no knowledge of newspapers or AP style.

The tech coverage of the basketball team has been really really pathetic this year. They are giving all kinds of coverage to women's softball and other shit like that but there is barely a blurb for all the wins we have had this year. SECOND IN THE ACC and the b-ball team gets the back cover every once in a while. It is bullshit fuck the technician.
