Perhaps they are living together because they're poor, and it's cheaper that way, and they figure they can actually pay for stuff if they're not duplicating expenses. Living together isn't too different from being married - I doubt they split any sooner than other couples, when compared based on how long they have lived together. (ie, I agree with Snewf)

I was watching the history lecture videos for HI 207 with Parker ... I thought this one poor dude was going to cry when Parker told him there was no evidence of the Exodus except in the Bible, and the Jews didn't do anything remarkable except manage to somehow not have their religion go extinct. Without putting much thought into it, this sounds like a situation that would encourage increased traffic in the porn industry and if he gets twisted up in something nasty (err, kids? EWW) could actually endanger more people than it saves. Let's face it, most men think they need sex to continue breathing. Plus, medical research shows regular orgasms (2+/week) are good for the prostate.
