what difficulty to you have the game on? i have it halfway in between the default setting and the max setting.

i always play it on normal first. difficulty is important and all, but i can always replay it if i found it too easy.

i always play games above the normal difficulty, if available at the start, because i rarely place games more than once. i am currently playing GRAW on the hard difficulty setting, and it is ok. i beat re4 more times than i beat any other games - a whooping 12 times, all on professional, besides the first time, and 4 of the professional finishes were from fresh starts without money, guns, etc.

if you want to be able to use high end spells at all near the end then you have to choose Mage, Apprentice, or Atronach essentially. Atronach will totally gimp you and make you unstoppable at the same time.

Yeah, in the past the atronach sign gimped you early, but when you started fighting atronachs and daedra that cast spells like crazy you became god.
