to what the guy just said. the first post was asking why people on here hate duke more than unc. Half the people didn't even read it. I wanted to see why people on TWW always talk about duke bias and them getting calls etc. To break it down also wolfAApack you copied something and didn't read it right. Like i said I don't see how ANYONE could cheer for UNC to beat DUKE, especially if your a state fan. I as a state fan and as many that I know when duke plays unc cheers for unc to lose. Not for DUKE to win but for UNC to lose. The whole first post was to ask people on here why you think duke gets calls, etc. I HATE UNC. i dont hate duke. the point in the thread is that.

I went to Duke for 4 years after I graduated from State. My hatred for them comes from the unbearable sense of arrogance that falls over the entire campus. They think they are better than everyone else, in basketball, and in all other aspects of life.

I had people that, when they found out I came from State and not some expensive Yankee school, treated me like I didn't belong.

So my hatred comes from personal experience...it might have been the same for UNC if I had gone to school there...who knows?

again read my post. since they get so many calls in your eyes. Look up what they stand for free throws this season. Then go back and read what I said about last season. They were 4th, yes 4th in free throw attempts last season.

Hate Unc much more than duke just because of all of the obnoxious Wal-Mart fans who never went to college that i grew up around. What even irked me more is catching hell from guys that went to colleges other than UNC and were still die hard Tarholes. Dude, you go to UNCG or UNCC, shouldn't you be jocking your spartans or 49ers. I know that duke has them also but they are far less in numbers. Hell, i have a cousin that is one. After proclaiming that she was going to Duke and had been excepted as a junior, two years later she ends up going to community college and getting a two year degree. Which is fine, but don't talk shit to me when a team that you "like" beats a school that i actually went to.

can't agree with you more. except exchange Wake for Duke. Ran a bar by Wake for a couple of years and experienced the same thing as you. Most fun thing ever was throwing this little "tiger shark" out for having an overdose of liquid courage and trying to fight the world. His buddy comes running up to me and exclaims, "dude you can't throw him out, that's john ashcroft's son." Told him I'd let him back in when he brought me one of the bush daughters to bang.
