A short 10 mile ride through the hood at 20mph pace so I don't feel like I was lazy on my day off.

did a 5K family fun walk yesterday around Duke Campus
30 min on the eliptical today


Started counting calories yesterday, don't know if I'll be good about keeping up with it though.

Ate a fried chicken biscuit and washed it down with a bud light for breakfast. Sat on my ass all day at work and have not moved from the computer. Drank a pepsi.

oh yeah, i woke up this morning with the shakes from drinking all damn night..... took a shower and fell in the shower because i was still drunk.......... got dressed and went to work

....still at work

woke up. went to church. then went to ihop. took a nap. jogged 3 miles. ate nothing until easter dinner. had a bunch of ham, some mac n' cheese, green beans, one crescent roll, little bit of candy.

that's it.
