Montreal is a smaller team than the hurricanes. Montreal is not as physical a team AT ALL than the Oilers. It's almost like you aren't watching the games..... 6/9/2006 2:02:05 PM |

They were definitely more physical during the 3rd period of game 2, but that's because they knew they weren't going to win, so they started playing for game 3's intimidation factor. From what i've seen, the energy (and physicality) in both games has switched back and forth. The canes were busting ass the first two periods of game 2. Commodore buried an oiler behind the goal early in 2.
and, for what it's worth, the oilers physical play in game 1 sort of worked against them, b/c they pretty much knocked their own goalie out. The loss itself wasn't that bad for them, but losing that goalie mind fucked em.6/9/2006 3:25:44 PM |

AT LEAST MY BACKUP TEAM DIDN'T KNOCK OUT MY FAVORITE TEAM; YOU'RE ROOTING AGAINST YOURSELF
I hate Kevyn Adams because he was chugging along quite nicely without a goal all season and then all of a sudden drops a hat trick on the Rangers.
I mean, what the fuck?6/9/2006 4:35:55 PM |

I loved that game. Had a shorty from Williams, too, I believe. 6/9/2006 4:40:23 PM |

Kevyn Adams has a hard-on for the Rangers. I don't know why. The inception of the "BACKHAND OF DOOOOOOOM" came when he went far corner on The Dude last season (the aforementioned "HOLY MAN!" goal). If it makes you feel better, he was stuck on three goals for a while after that until he got ANOTHER hat trick. It really is how he rolls. 6/9/2006 8:30:42 PM |

My only solace is that it was against Weekes and not my Olympic hero. 6/10/2006 2:09:43 AM |
