Roethlisberger isn't leading anyone's NFL in TD passes.

BenBurger isn't going to be leading in any statistic.

QB rating maybe, or QB rating in a specific quarter.

.....sacks?

Mario Williams backs up his #1 pick and has 15 sacks and the Texans go 7-9 in Kubiak's 1st year.

i don't think mario is gonna dominate in sacks

i think he will make some noise early and cause teams to double him every down and it will create oppurtunities for the rest of the texans D

williams may not have eye-popping numbers, but the texans D as a whole will be much-improved

^I wasn't being serious, just hopeful.

As in Rivers leads the Chargers to an 11-5 record and 2nd round playoffs in a DEEP AFC.

Rivers will either have a stellar year, or be a big flop. In that AFC west, he is going to get into some shootouts, and I think he'll go toe to toe for the most part. I think he'll have good stats, but miss the playoffs.

[Edited on August 7, 2006 at 2:50 PM. Reason : ^11-5 might not get 'em into the playoffs in the AFC.]

^^like i said, i think statistically he'll be good, but won't make the playoffs......will that be a good year? I do know that if they don't make the playoffs shottenheimer(sp?) will be gone and rivers will have to learn a new system, which could hurt him going forward.

If Rivers is so much as serviceable, the Chargers will be in the playoffs. They have a much easier schedule this year.

Have you seen that defense? It's nasty. And they still have the best running back and tight end in the game of football.

^because he's been one of the best receivers in the NFL for the last 7 years and has the best qb in the NFL throwing to him?

[Edited on August 7, 2006 at 4:19 PM. Reason : V and that too]

they're both great receivers and manning is a great qb

i just think the loss of edge is going to let defenses have an extra LB or DB outside the box to play the pass and it will decrease their whole offense

Opposing teams will def be playing the pass, but they can spread the field so efficiently I don't think it'll stop much.....until the playoffs come and manning chokes. Wayne is their WR of the future, but harrison is still the man on that team.

Don't sleep on the combination of Rhodes and Joseph Addai.

Kid ran the ball well for LSU and is ready for the NFL.

he might pass him this year, but until it happens, my money is on harrison.

I think smitty has a chance at leading in catches and yards, but not TD's. TD catches is the one stat where key will have a negative effect on smitty. I think they'll both be close to each other in TD's (7 or 8 each).

I hope that our running game will be improved enough over last year that smith doesn't have to lead the leauge in receptions and yards for the panthers to be good.

picking Harrison to lead the NFL in TD's or yards is just outright stupid.

Some people just dont follow the NFL very closely.

Are you reading a 2002 NFL preview magazine or something?

actually, in '03 he was tied for 4th in TD's, in '04 he was 2nd, and last year he was tied for 1st.....so he's actually been improving the past few years.

you must be outright stupid or something.
