da will probably offer to drop that 9 over. if she has a clean record that is no points, so she just has to pay court costs and the fine. her insurance won't go up but if she is getting a discount for being a safe driver she will lose that.

tell her to try to take care of it without a lawyer, if they cant do what she wants she can ask for a continuance and lawyer up

lol. I remember being all excited because the officer wrote down the wrong general statute number on one of my tickets. When I told my lawyer he was like "hell no, that won't help you."

i've gotten larger.. and got out of it. after my last one in raleigh though my lawyer said in a few weeks he wouldn't be able to do anything about stuff that was like 15+ over... so you might be fucked.
