Not to pile on the situation (like our entire team did against Akron with a minute to play) but assault isn't just striking, but threatening, if you keep your mouth shut when dealing with a cop when he knows you've been drinking, you generally will make out ok. In general, if your size is large, and are a male, cops aren't going to hesitate to charge you, and calling them an idiot and not understnading why that's unintelligent makes me feel better about my own intelligence while at the same time worried about some members of society.

he rented out a nightclub last year i think after our bowl win and threw a huge party, and i believe this is prolly where it happened. Think he rented out that facility thats connected to that motel off capital right by the radio stations.
