I don't know why everyone is in a tizzy. It's an tacit admission that the policy is failing. FOX news is now looking for someone besides Bush to blame, and who better than Clinton to galvanize the right.

It is a clever smokescreen though - "If you had killed Bin Laden, we wouldn't be in the mess we're in now." The only problem is, Bin Laden had nothing to do with the mess we're in now. Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11. It's Bush's decision to invade that put us in the current mess.

I think most of us in the republican party don't blame either the recession or terrorism solely on Clinton. I don't blame Clinton for that recession at all, but you'd be stupid to blame Bush. The recession had already begun before he was even elected.
