I fully agree. The moderation around here is terrible. It's engulfed by a "buddy buddy" system of a select few who obviously take advantage of their position in every aspect.

Their only response to a totally rational concern is "stop whinning" and "this is not a democracy". When there is a whole conglomerate of people who share the same expressions.

Suspending people for no reason/ no warning is not effective moderation.
