Did you really take [all] that time to word that response when I was clearly just trying to troll you?

Here's the thing.. this may be one the worst possible outlets to promote your "club."

Forget it.

There's not one true "cool socially-active" guy that needs/ wants to be in a "club."

Kind of weird that someone's alias was on here trying to recruit guys for his gay community.

what if it was you...or me....what if we're all gay and don't even know it.

A Roadmap to Being a Cooler Guy

Background. Being cool is a learned skill. The question is not whether you are born being cool but when you learn it. Most cool guys learn it at an early age--maybe from an older sibling or through team sports. Some guys never learn it. It would be easy to tell an uncool guy to "act cool" or "to be himself." That would not do any good. That advice is too vague to be of use.

1) Style.
2) Start Working Out.
3) Develop People Skills.
4) Get Involved Socially With Cool People.
5) Become Better with Women.
"

what the fuck...

at first i felt bad seeing everyone pick on you for trying to get a social group going, but those are just some fucked up views..."how to be cool?"

What the hell? I'm looking for friends to play basketball/Halo/poker with, not some high school advice about how I'm supposed to impress people. And you expect us to believe that the group you just formed is already an elite team of socialites and womanizers? Grand promises if only we commit? Smells like a scam.

Any plan to be cool that includes "start working out" is flawed from the beginning.

Yeah the whole "Learn how to be cool" malarky is a pretty silly basis for a group.

Besides, it's already been done.

(Jon Heder should be banned from making any more movies, IMO)

This is very gay.

Successful, cool, and socially-active guys don't need a support group they found online to help them. They already have enough friends and contacts, that is why they are cool and socially-active.

Actually, I'd prefer a social club where I don't have to do something worthwhile for the community too.

I'm still not sure how your group is different from this one except for yours isn't finished yet. It's too bad that potentially being associated with gays makes you cringe... but here are the google ads from when I clicked on your site.

This whole thing reeks of "I figured out fashion and women recently, so now I'm only 10 years removed from being the most popular guy in high school! Who wants to join the cool kids club? I'll even show you how!"

it's not very cool to keep saying, "cool guy(s)" or to seriously post a "how to be cool guide". it's just one of those things that's understood, and if you're cool, you know it. cool people don't need to be reaffirmed of their coolness.

and someone already said this, but why would socially ept and active guys with hot girlfriends need a website for support and resources???

^AHAHA, that one post has ruined my mental drifting time.

That's one of my favorite things to ponder.

"If 'inept' is a word, then 'ept' must be a word, too, but why don't people say 'ept' ever? Hmmm..."

I never put "adept" together with "inept."

Now I gotta find a new topic.

"I had posted a three-page introduction called “A Roadmap to Being A Cooler Guy.”"

What makes you qualified to do such a thing?

As far as I see it, you're a nerd who needs a website in order to have anything resembling a social life.
Why should we listen to you, or anyone else who resorts to a website as a resource to meet people, about anything regarding what is and is not "cool?"
