Ice cream is loaded with Vitamins and Calcium which help reproduction and prevent osteoporosis. It has a lot of sugar and sometimes fat if you get the whole milk kinda, but it's not one of the most unhealthy things to eat unless it is piled with other empty calories.

Take tuna or chicken salad...that's MUCH more unhealthy and people don't even know it.
