Damn straight, we finally have competitive rivalries, energy, enthusiasm, explosiveness, and heart in our basketball program. I know it's early but I think Sidney Lowe is the real deal, we might see some serious balance of power shifts in the ACC in the future.

I live in Durham, and the Carolina Ale House(which is off of 15-501 in between Durham/Ch. Hill), was loaded all around the bar with STate Alums, and grad students who currently live in the Durham/Ch. Hill area...the old NCSU folks and folks in the 20 age range were there...it was fucking awesome to see taht kind of support for Lowe, and us in teh NIt Tourney...u could feel how tense things were at the restaurant in Durham..when we were tied with Drexel..it was so quiet in the Sports Bar..it was awesome, and we erupted when Costener had his three point play....IN reynolds on Saturday..would rock..Id EVEN camp out for tickets to an NIT home game the way Sideny has our guys playing right now...GOOD job Fowler in hiring Sidney Lowe!!

i was also at sammy's. place was packed. saw simon harris there too. i'd have figured that even though the guys sitting out the season don't travel with the team, his dad woulda hooked him up with a ticket or something.

If it moves day/time, that likely means no TV, unless ESPN tosses it up on Full Court or something. But if it moves, it would make more sense to move it to Saturday, when Reynolds is free and clear.

Gopack's article says as of tuesday night the location hasn't been decided.....

As of this morning on ESPN.com the NIT schedule has the game as NC State @ Marist

I was at the West Virginia game a few years ago, courtside. It was an amazing atmosphere. It's probably a long shot to push it to Saturday considering the NCAA Tournament games.
