holler if you're doing the duke liver half im this weekend...
i didn't train for the run or bike, so im just doing the swim leg of a relay team this year. hopefully i'll get my shit together next year and do the whole thing by myself.

pretty intense day. swim was choppy going out, but coming in i felt like there was someone pushing me the whole way...transitions went well and our relay finished in the middle of the pack or so. the guy who won it all is the recent Ironman champion from the Lake Placid event this summer. dude turned in a 4:12....sick 9/16/2007 10:25:13 PM |
