I am not going to mention the design at all. Instead, I will give you one simple step to improve your website:
-Stand on Hillsborough street, on the campus side. -LOOK at the visible restaurants. -Find their address and contact information. If you are shy, you can use a phone book, but that won't get you ad listings.
If your website cannot at least tell me about restaurants that I can see while waiting at the library bus stop, you might as well not bother.
Bonus hint: There are at least three coffee shops on Hillsborough. Can you find them all? 3/26/2007 9:59:30 PM |

i have been to nearly every place on hillsborough st. none of the coffee shops want to advertise this semester. A lot of places said they couldn't take the risk of spending money on a new site but they would next semester if I could show some success from this semester. 3/27/2007 7:55:31 AM |

i dont even think you really need to hire a web designer as far as paying them
what i would do is see if a student that wants to go into web design will work on it for free for credit and use in a portfolio
thats what im doing now for a local indy paper taking pictures: i trade time for pub i think it will work out great....we will see in may
