I think I would go with the poster above that said to ask them to itemize things so you can get a custom package that is similar with the costs.

I think overall, yeah its ok for them to do that, but I would wonder why they'd been allowing you to get it and then all of a sudden do not want to allow it. That would be my question for the owner, not 'why cant I get the 'man's manicure' type deal. Go with the itemized concept and you'll get better feedback most likely.

Thanks all - I've decided to just use up my $350 in non-refundable gift cards on things other than manicures and then stop going there. I'd like to tell them to just fuck off because their customer service is lacking, but it isn't worth throwing that kind of cash away. Found a place nearby that doesn't care whether or not I have a dick and charges about half what the spa does to boot.

Of course if anyone wants to buy spa gift cards PM me and I'll hook you up.
