I didn't know you were actually allowed to swim at Harris Lake. For some reason I remember some friends of mine getting in trouble just for walking out into that lake near the frisbee golf course.

If you can swim out there, I bet the water is nice and warm.

We go to Harris Lake to wakeboard. It's pretty good and is usually warmer than Jordan. Last time I was there 2 weeks ago and the water felt good in a wet suit. But even without one it would have been tolerable.

I finally got wet the weekend before last at Lake Gaston and it felt fine to me. Some of the guys with less insulation said it was cold though.

I still haven't been wakeboarding this year. I did some surfing and thats it.
