if it makes you feel better...to train a dog that quickly, you would have to be relatively agressive with the dog. I would rather have someone walk him than agressively train him.

just wanted to remind you its 10 per walk or 20 for 3 walks...if you dont want me to take it to lake johnson i can also just walk around your neighborhood...i'm not trying to get rich off this, just an extra 40 or 50 a week...
