hangovers are easy to avoid

first) don't drink so fucking much

second) space your drinks out with water

third) eat a proper meal before you drink

fourth) don't go to bed with the spins; go for a walk until that shit is gone

fifth) take some vitamin B supplement (activated charcoal if you drank WAY too much) with a ton of water before you go to bed
