i got to level 45 (highest so far) within the first 200 grains.

currently at 1,600 grains of rice, and will continue in the same window until computer crashes/someone else reboots/etc.

highest level is 50 according to the faqs.

if you play long enough, words start to repeat. and so, you can reach higher and higher levels as time goes by.

i played till i had 2140 grains of rice (214 correct, and ~ 80 wrong), and about 10% of the words were repetitions. i bet if you played an hour a day for 10 days, at least a quarter to a third would be repetitions.

I think I was doing the slow version or something.

I got the first 69 right and was still in just the high 20's...so OEP's bit about getting to 45 in the first 200 grains doesn't make sense to me.

By the time I got to a 1000 grains, I was at 38, which is right about where I belong.

I got to 42 at 5650 grains.

Finally got it to work. Level 38 so far. Apparently I do remember those suffixes and shit from high school.
