To be fair, though, his ability to highlight key information in his cut-and-paste jobs displays a level of thought that I wouldn't otherwise credit him with.

Bottom line: Bush's nominee is the new AG.

Secondary points: (1) Dems lose--again. And (2) Mukasey was confirmed without saying that waterboarding is torture.
