I like this 12 gauge Saiga (semi-auto) based on the Kalashnikov AK-47 platform.

When camping with a gun, is having it in your tent concealed carry or is it the same as having it inside your home?

if you are camping at a state park, concealed weapons are not permitted. if it is on you anywhere or in your tent and you are in the tent, it is considered concealed carry.

Concealed carry is allowed in NC state parks if you have a concealed carry permit.

I'm just curious in general if a tent (or car of sleeping inside) is considered concealed or like a house.

^well, it depends on the state park. Kerr Lake, Jordan Lake, and Falls Lake no carry.

Those are aren't technically state parks. They're federal land owned by the Army Corps of Engineers. Federal law (36 C.F.R. ยง 327.13) is what prohibits firearms at those particular locations.

Took mine to Hanging Rock this weekend while I was camping. But I left it locked up in the glovebox since Scouts only allows law enforcement to carry.
