^^it was a choice for me, as my grandmother went there. i got into 9 other schools in the state, but i'd hung out with the same ppl since i was in elem. school and needed a break. they were all at state, meredith had what i thought i wanted, didn't work out, so i went w/something else and now all is well in the world (minus the student loans )

my freshmen year i was doing laundry on some random sunday at like 2pm, still in PJ's and no bra (haha, posting in the girls w/o bras thread next) and one of my guy friends was like "hey will you do this survey with some of my friends?" of course having no other info i was like "sure."

i ended up being dragged outside in broad daylight will all the people still walking around in their Church clothes, me in Oscar Meyer PJ's and it was 5 Meridith girls, big sunglasses, leather gloves, heels, nice slacks, silk blouses, ya know, the whole deal

i tried not to laugh as they were like aghast that i had not "fixed" myself up to grace their presence

overall...i dont really like the vibe from that campus. However, my GF is a junior there and shes amazing But I knew her well before she had even thought about going to college and she only ended up going there because the program she wanted wasnt being offered at State at the times he was applying.

she doesnt get along with the majority of the cliche crowd, but at least she has met a few level headed girls there to hang out with

I have found that Peace Girls are very polarized. Seems like they are daddy's little princess good girls that require a crusade to unlock the chastity belt; or they are crazy partiers and complete whores. With no gray area in between.
