Maybe it's me, maybe it's them. I'm open to suggestions. I definitely have a way of ending up going out with women who are too wishy-washy, never really speak their minds, and resort to subversive behavior. It's the surprise stuff that's the most romantic. The things they don't see coming. Even when it's just a simple dinner you might cook, or a little treat like good chocolate, or maybe a nice bottle of bubbly. Know of some music she really wants? Leave the CD in her car with a little card. Burn her random mixes of yours and her favorites.

Bake a cake together, and have a free-for-all decorating spree (where clothing may be optional). Don't get too kinky with the stuff...the point is to enjoy each other, not reach new (and very often awkward) heights of perversion.

I can think of a million things now. I don't know why I choke when I go on a date...gotta loosen up some, I think.

as for my stories, my last boyfriend surprised my with a dozen long-stemmed red roses, balloons, and a box of chocolate and even though it was so cliche it was a great present because we didn't have plans that night and even ate dinner in the dining hall. and of course all my suitemates saw the stuff in my room and said how sweet it was.
my current boyfriend bought me a watch for christmas last year that i'd mentioned i wanted back in september. i was so amazed that he remembered it. also, my computer moniter died a month before christmas and i was using an old 15" one and he got me a new 17" lcd.
i just had to make him promise not to spend more than $50 on me this year.
