24 and god do i WISH my parents were divorced.

Fights like hell since i was 6, for the past 10 years mom lived in an apartment but comes home on the weekends for ..school and other reasons and dad puts up with it.
Sometimes not all weekends and holidays- her school is too important.

I could rant about my mom here again but I figured - eh, skip it.

Mom - crazy. Dad - awesome but puts up withtoo much crazy.

My parents split when I was about 3, so I don't have any real memories of my Mom and Dad together. They have been fairly amicable and pleasant since, and I've never really wanted to know why they got divorced.

My Dad has been remarried and divorced several times since then, most recently about a year ago. All of his marriages have been 9 years or more, but I never really got attached to any of my stepmoms or step siblings. My Dad always maintains that it was the other's fault and how they've "changed" and how bad a person they are and what not, but I haven't ever gotten the other side of the story from anyone...

LK, I hope the split is amicable in your situation, I imagine that it would be very hard to have to hear bad things about either one of your parents (even if they aren't true, and are only said in anger).

Mine split when I was 4 or 5 because he was cheating (thats how I got my half-sister, I think). They aren't enemies though, and still can talk.
