The list I have included Varitek and Taveraz. Not to mention prominent members of the World Series winning 2004 team including Damon, Nixon and Sanchez. If that holds true the bitching would only be from sour grapes Yankees fans...

No A-Rod on there.
Baseball breathes. They need him to be clean to pass Bonds.
Question for the diehards here. I'm a casual Reds fan, so if any of our players were on roids, they should ask for a refund. Do you care? Does this change your impression of your team, their players on the list? My opinion is that people don't really care if players are using roids or not (see the NFL), but care if they're using steroids only if they break home run records.

I think if you look at the players and how they are allocated on teams you will see mixed results...will the Yankees have a higher number of players than other teams? Perhaps, but maybe just because they pay the best players and some of the best players are juicers...do the Astros and Rangers have more players than other teams? Perhaps, but maybe because they're closer to Mexico and easier access to roids?
Do the Kansas City Royals have any juicers? Man I hope not cause that would be pathetic 12/13/2007 12:01:38 PM |

mcgwire already got snubbed on his first ballot
will the same happen to clemens -- arguably one of the top three pitchers of all-time -- when he retires in 15 years?
i say fuck em all and let dale murphy and jime rice in

also, other than gagne is there anyone else who recently signed an overpriced free agent deal?

I think that a shitload of players who are/were HOF bound are going to be given the same kind of vindictiveness as Big Mac was earlier this year. Maybe, this will allow the nimrods to put in candidates like Goose Gossage and others like Buck O'Neil who should have gotten in years ago.12/13/2007 3:52:56 PM |
