I will be riding tomorrow if it doesn't rain and prolly Friday. Tues and Thurs are bad cause I am on campus all day :-(

a bunch of riders are getting together at 8:30am tomorrow at perkins off of Hwy 64 for ncsportbike's adopt a highway. Anyone here interested can come to the breakfast (squirt... ). We will be meeting at 10 a.m. on Wimberly Road in Apex. (mapquest knows where it is) We're meeting up 1/2 way down the road on the south side of the road. I'll be covering the event as a feature for the Technician, as long as there are ncsu students involved.

A good way to give back and improve the sportbike image.

Maybe, although I mainly park near Witherspoon for student media. I rarely go on campus now that I'm taking classes online.

I am sooo glad I got my 4 cylinder... ha ha i just got red pazzo levers for it... I am looking for a badass exhuast... I would like a shorty but the only thing i can find for an 05 is a POS cheap ass lookin can... Other than that theres the growler at $800 no thanks!

My beu has a a GYTR shorty can for an 06 that he kinda "mashed" on and it is the loudest mother f'er ... Sounds like a combination between a dirt bike and a 2 brothers ...

it goes well. Mainly been doing publication/photojournalism work more than anything lately. Just trying to build up my skill and credibility to where I can do the stuff I want on my own accord. I'm almost there, but it's a lot of hard work.

correction, make that four, I got fired from one today due to a payroll bug. I have to go back to Human Resources and redo some paperwork.

Btw, just got some credentials with the Ferrari club and hope to get some nice coverage of their track days too. This is going to be a fun season.

I am going "riding" tomorrow if it is nice out. And by riding I mean around my apartment complex and possibly the parking lot across the street. I just got my bike on Friday and only got to ride for about an hour yesterday so if there is a definition of newbie then it's me.

It's a Suzuki GS500F. I have a pic of me on it but if I post it from here at work it will look garbled because of the internet connection.

^^ YOu need to take that thing out and stretch its legs! But in all honesty... I think its a good idea that you get to know your bike... Make sure you have proper gear like gloves and a jacket (preferably leather or textile) I have a friend who wrecked and theres pretty much nothing left of his bike but you wouldn't have been able to tell by his jacket
