only been in one real "fight" where the guy deserved it for treatin some girl the way he did.

when possible, i try to pull a fast one and talk people out of fights though.

A fight where you ask someone to sign a waiver, shows that you are scared/worried/cautious about something. Maybe you are just incredibly paranoid, thinking you beat this guy up so bad he will go to the hospital and press charges. That is not what a fight is about. Not what it should be about. IF you really want to punch someone in the face or knock them out, there should be no reason for you to be scared of the cops or the result of your actions.

yeah the nod thing was just a joke, i figured they were right, and you were... you know. anyways

thats why it made no sense, because the only reason i'd ask for a waiver or proof of willingness to be in the fight, because it would suck to get arrested for assault or sued when the point is just to see who knocks who out first.

ok as long as we understand why i brought up the contract. but i could see both people getting arrested anyway even if it was an agreed on / non attempt to kill type fight. especially in raleigh, and even more so at a party.

i could also see like civil charges for no event permit for a sporting match, abc fines for serving at the match, etc, etc, etc

wake county is fucked up.

just dont let anyone bring laptops, and if you catch anyone in your room on the computer doing anything but changing or adding music, kick them out

and only let them add music if its from an ipod or something. no surfing and downloadin allowed

unless you want it to turn quickly into a scary party
