Lets see....
- Bacardi Rum. Although I do, not everyone likes Captain.
- A higher end Tequila. Sauza is good if you don't want to get too expensive. For a higher dollar, I prefer Don Julio (reposado) over Patron or Tezon.
- A cheap and easy bourbon...Jim Beam fits the mold. Could also add a Jack Daniels to the list.
- If you're going to have Bailey's, might as well add Kahlua.
- Crown Royal should be a staple at every bar.
- Some Schnapps. Most likely Peach and Apple. You can make some appletinis with the Apple Schnapps and a ton of shots with the Peach Scnapps.
- A different Gin. Gordons for cheap, Bombay Sapphire for more expensive.
That's all I got off the top of my head. 2/3/2008 10:51:47 AM

sloe gin is acceptable for certain cocktails
but it isn't "gin" exactly
I say Bombay Sapphire, Tanqueray or Beefeater
if you're buying bourbon and not getting a premium brand why not just get Evan Williams?

sloe gin is cheap enough that even though you wont use it often (rarely if at all) it's nice to have around just incase some chick wants an alabama slammer or something
[Edited on February 3, 2008 at 10:59 AM. Reason : you have to have bicardi.]
