a couple weeks ago our upstairs neighbor was out on his balcony, mind you hes on the second floor, and so he is having a smoke at like 3 am. some black dude walks up and starts looking at our shit on our porch thing and he asks him, hey man whats up. and the black man backs up, startled, and says nothing and walks off. he turned left at the end of the building. but theres no where to go to. theres just a fence and like a cliff area. no place to go

so our neighbor walked down and never saw him go anywhere and came and told us. so we moved shit inside.

we opened the door. i doubt it was ding dong ditch, since they didn't run immediately after knocking. and from what MJ saw, it wasn't a kid.

anyway, we let management know about it in case it happens to someone else. one nice thing about this place is that they work hard to make it a family-friendly, clean and safe place.

this actually happened to me and my mom when i was about 4

i'm going to get a taser. i'm not scared of guns but i don't want to hesitate if i feel threatened. a taser will at least stop someone, i don't want to kill someone if i'm wrong. plus, if i had to use it, i wouldn't hurt anyone besides the intended. overall, the best option for me.

you "might" stop the 1st guy, but if there is a second, you're fucked. what are you going to do, throw the expended taser at the guy?

the taser shotgun would be a good choice though.
