You could use mixing software like mixmeister to compress the songs, but this will really take a lot of the quality and richness out of the sound. Songs that get compressed like hell are generally always loud as hell, sort of like every pop CD released these days.

A little bit of compression might not be a bad idea though if you're concerned about your listeners.

Props for putting up a classical music hour as well. Great for listening to when you feel like going on a spree.
