Exactly. If you are inviting Joe and Sue Bobhead but not their kids, on the envelope and on the invitation itself should read Mr. and Mrs Bobhead.

They should know that only the people listed on the invitation are invited.

Kids are not usually invited to weddings unless they are family or in the wedding. Think of it this way: You pay per head for the meal. So if you have kids there, you are paying full price for a kid who will probably just pick at their plate.


Most people understand that kids are not included unless stated on the invitation/envelope.
