Five Guys burgers and fries are far superior to Cookout's burgers and fries, but a little pricier, and worth it.
Cookout actually has milkshakes, and they're cheap and tasty.
Cookout has the tray, which is like 5 bucks and comes with 2 awesome sides + a drink.
Cookout has corndogs, chicken nuggets, wraps, chicken strips, dank ass $1 BLTs, a value menu, motherfucking hushpuppies and all sorts of shit you can't get at Five Guys.
Cookout has drive thru.
Cookout is open until 3am every damn night.

Cookout wins.

If you're talking about price/amount/what you can get/when you can get it......Cookout wins.

If I'm in the mood for a burger though, I'm definitely going to Five Guys.

Funny...that is what I feel about Cookout. I don't see how you could classify either Five Guys fries or burger as "greasy". Yeah, the bag nearly turns translucent but that is because they put the fries in almost hot out of the fryer...but they don't taste "greasy" to me.

Does 5 guys not give a fuck if you shovel like 20 scoop fulls of peanuts into one of those brown paper bags to take home? Because that is what I saw a dude doing yesterday. I wish I would have thought about it I would have recorded that shit and made him internet famous. He was just standing there for like 5 minutes taking his sweet ass time filling has bag to the brim with nuts.

they have more of a farm-to-fork feel about them, since they tell you the exact farm your french fries came from. that is important to me
