But I'll thrown mine in there to help the guestimation: pregnant and super fat, I wore a 42DD. . .unpregnant and 50 pounds lighter, I wear a 38D.

And uhm, my boobies are bigger than my baby's head. So if her boobs are smaller than a baby head, go with something less than Ds.

It is pretty easy to guess women's bra sizes by just looking at their frame and how big/small their boobs are. You should know your gf's bra size. It's even easier to guess the bra size after seeing naked boobs because you aren't being fulled by a potentially padded bra.
