nigger is a general reference to a person, just as guy or dude, but when it is not used by blacks is it most likely being used in a malicious manner. nothing is wrong with the word nigger, it the contextual meaning behind it. for example, i could be mad at terp, and say 'fuck that nigger' which = fuck that dude, but 9.9/10 if a white person says fuck that nigger it means, 'fuck you stupid black person you need to die because i am better because of my fair skin.'
