edit: yea we definitely have left condos we've rented kindof messy (as far as ALL the towels being used, all sheets dirty, etc), but we have usually cleaned them up pretty well...nothing broken, no trash. we did break some mugs one year at a snowshoe condo during an intense game of speed quarters, but our deposit covered it. whoooopsy.
