Completely wrong. They only get about 8-10% of their revenue from parking tickets. The vast majority of their funding comes from permit sales, income from the pay lots and meters on campus, and the student fee you pay with your tuition.

i think if you contest the ticket you have to wait till a certain date to go argue your case to some people.....
i got a 40 dollar ticket once and was gonna argue it, but the date for me to do so was like 4 months away so i said... "fuck it" 4/18/2008 12:55:57 PM |

as i told cody yesterday.
if i'm not mistaken (i'll have to look at the tickets i have) i believe about 90% of my tickets i have gotten at my tenure at state were written my "officer 54"
my last day working at the lab (which may be soon) im seriously gonna wait around for that fucker and take a picture with him. i probably paid his kid's first year college tuition
and from page one what can i say i do what i can evan
