holy shit... i thought i was the only one who got these. i have asked people in the past few years, but no one knew... i guess most people aren't observant. i knew i should have come to tww for this!

they are exactly as described... off-white, soft, and HORRIBLY DISGUSTINGLY SMELLY

and yeah, it has nothing to do with bad oral hygeine.

i get one coming out like once a month or two. usually happens when i clean my tongue with a tongue cleaner too far back and get a gag reflex.
