Ken, you should also make a chart of all people who have posted in the last two months versus the year they registered, to see whether your first chart shows 2002 people are actually posting disproportionately or there are merely more of them. 2002 was probably the height of the free expression tunnel painting and other brentroad.com advertising, so my guess is there's just more people who signed up during that year.

That's kind of strange.

It seems like people who register in Octobers (the beginning of fall semester) seem to post more than people who register in other months.

Where as people who register at the end of Spring post less than others. Am I reading that right?

I guess that kind of makes sense though. People who register because they're out of school and board are going to be less likely to post when school starts, vs. people who register while they're actively in school but prefer procrastination are less likely to post when they can legitimately use other things as an excuse for a distraction. I wonder what the trend would be if we could track this with GPA...
