The plant that I'm at runs 24/7 365. Managers work 5 days a week and then have a rotating weekend shift. So I don't think a 4 day week could be used in most manufacturing plants.

A factory I visited ran a 12 hour shift. It sounded like a nightmare to me, but the workers seemed to like swapping their shifts in an online database so they could squeeze in a 7 day cruise.

But I doubt it would work well at 90% of businesses because workers and positions are rarely this interchangeable.

Telecommuting is the fucking shit (done it 100% for years).

So is a 4 day workweek (did it for a full year).

The three day weekend and one less day traveling to work is awesome.

6-day, 60 hr work week. Needs to happen to save our fat asses. Quick fix and everyone loves not being lazy as fuck.

i also love how working 6 days/60 hours a week is supposed to help with us being fat? lol. Pretty sure that would just make it worse. Instead of working out or out playing volleyball/frisbee/softball etc. with my friends on saturday, I would be sitting down working..yea thats going to help in the health department.
