You'd be more likely to be unnecessarily dissatisfied and greedy.

I work for the state. I don't get bonuses.
The closest thing to a bonnus is when we get dispatched to fires out of state. Last year I went to the fires in southeast Georgia and made $3500 on top of my regular pay in 2 weeks. 6/20/2008 12:08:07 PM |

^^Your company has a weird definition of quarters, or do they always pay you 11 weeks after the traditional quarter ends? 6/20/2008 12:30:54 PM |

^if it's a private company the fiscal year can vary, ours starts/ends on March 31st. it also takes a couple months to do the accounting, figure out who gets what, etc...

yea, i agree, but this is tdub, and i don't know any of you. the only other person that knows is my wife and i'm sure everyone else i work with don't care b/c they got somewhat similar bonuses... i also work my ass off, gotten a cert this year, along with voluntarily training most of my office on a particular software, on a firmwide task force, started multiple office initiatives, and i help get nearly half of the projects get started.
