I'll say that the enforcement of these rules would be decided upon by the ELDERS though. (It'll probably happen either way though)

well, like last time. all photos must be original. so that's taken care of...

as for swimwear only....I don't know about that...we would have to see. I'm not saying it's a bad idea because I'm some sort of a horn dog. but I honestly think that it stifles creativity by putting limits on the photos (or videos). The contest is really designed to let the contestants do whatever they want.
Additionally, last time we had some female ELDERS (judges). I think that kind of cut back on contestants thinking they could win for only showing skin.

For starters:

-There shall be a total number of eight ELDERS. These ELDERS shall be in charge of judging, receiving submissions, communicating with one another, "keeping the peace", communicating with contestants, and encouraging contestants to enter.

-Any TWW member that chooses to can vote in the competition. The total TWW general vote shall make up exactly 15% of the total vote, while the vote from the ELDERS will comprise 85% of the remaining vote.

-The deadline to enter into the Official EMCE And BigMan157 Summer Contest shall be _________. The Deadline to submit pictures and/or video for the contest shall be ________.

-All pictures and/or videos submitted to this contest must be original.

-Creativity is strongly encouraged. That will win you many points with the ELDERS.

-At a later time, an spreadsheet shall be composed which details specific categories in which the contestants will be judged. These categories will in no way be completely inclusive, but they will give contestants a 'guideline'.

-All pictures and/or videos must be submitted to an ELDER first. Otherwise, said pictures and/or video cannot be considered in the contest.

-The number of pictures and/or videos that can be submitted is unlimited as long as they are submitted before the deadline. As always, the contestants decide what material they want entered into the contest, even if after said material has been given to an ELDER.

-There needs to be some sort of NC State paraphernalia (and/or tww logo) and something with the day's date on it present in the photo or video set to help prevent cheating. If you submit more than one photo of a set, you do not need to include this in every photo so long as it is obvious the photos were taken in the same time period.

the other elders are just chosen/voted in. we try to get a good mix of males and females. A big part of elders being chosen is their ability to handle the above mentioned requirements. Also, the elders last year were chosen in part because they were able to get contestants to enter, and stay motivated.

I almost forgot to mention....

chocolatervh is an incumbent elder (whether he chooses to participate or not). This decision was made because he went over and beyond the expectations last time, in terms of recruiting. This bumps the elder list number up to 9.
