I have to do this in some parking lots because I have a large car and if I try to turn directly into the space, I have to go halfway in, back up to adjust the angle, and then pull in the rest of the way. However, on public roads I agree it's completely unnecessary.

There is no excuse for driving any speed in the passing lane if you are not in the act of passing. That being said, are you getting mad at someone going 10 over the speed limit in the "fast lane?" If that's the case how the fuck fast were you going? I don't consider myself a slow driver, but if you're doing 90 mph in traffic on I-40, you're just asking for trouble.

Someone passed me in a shared left turn lane on a four lane road last week. I had my right turn signal on and was moving to the right lane after making a left turn. I hope they get raped by a bear.

These wilmington fuckers can't drive for shit. 4 near misses in 2 days.
1) it isn't a good idea to pull out in front of someone to go the other way if you have a straight shift when they're only 3 car lengths away, cause you might just stall it right in front of them.
2) yes, you can turn right on red, but make sure that you don't make someone slam on breaks in the intersection when you pull out in front of them.
3) Don't turn in front of someone in order to get into a driveway and stop in the middle of the road when there's a flatbed coming out and waiting to turn from said driveway.
4) Look both ways before you decide to pull out with your dump truck.

Why do people slow down well before they get into the center/turning lanes on avent ferry? It annoys the hell out of me and I've seen a few people almost get rear ended because they basically stop before getting out of the lane of traffic.
