Call the office
Ask if they use composite
Ask about a quote for one tooth

and repeat with a buncha different offices.

then you can look around on the net and compare the Dr.s check out their websites.

There is also a new place out here on 401 at the shopping center before you get to Wake Tech. Since they're brand new and are establishing a client base, they are taking walkins. I have thought about checking them out since they're right out our back door, but I haven't gotten to it yet.

Ambrosia, I have gone to docs that were everything from pompous assholes to TOO caring and nice. Problem is that most of them are inept unless you have one of the basic 8 or so things they normally diagnose.

That's also why I want a dentist that's GOOD at composite. If done wrong it'll fall out in a couple years. IF done right as almost as good as amalgam, without the risks.

I have wasted enough time thanks to other's ineptness, want to make sure that does not happen any more.

After having exploratory surgery, I won't let 'em have anything but blood unless I can help it. Tried to get an appt at a neurologists office and couldn't even FIND a neuro with all that much experience with infections.

So, my son has complete DiGeorge Syndrome. Only 5-10 kids are born every year with it. I have Klippel Feil Syndrome. . .like NO ONE has it. We're both odd balls and there aren't really that many doctors who know jack shit about either condition, but I have had wonderful experiences with doctors.

Maybe you would have better luck if you worked with your doctors instead of working against them, because that is really all that you are doing with the attitude that you have about it. That or your just going to see really cheap doctors.

i have seen us test csf for every damn thing under the sun if necessary

Unfortunately, his practice is about to be moved, so you better move quickly to secure an appointment - he'll be switching to amalgam at the new facilities, since he's moving to Butner, from Boylan Ave.
