Just keep thinks light and friendly maybe ask her to lunch. Do not take her back to the frat. U will get drunk and either be a dick because you will be around your friends or you will make an ass of yourself because you will get drunk. Either way a really bad idea.

three day rule is crap, when you get there number you should tell them you will call them tommorow, you know how many other dudes can talk to a chick in three days while you are sitting on your ass waiting to call because of a 3 day rule, and chances are she will like one of them better than you so you better jump on that shit

I like to wait 4-5 months and then just call them up out of the blue. They act surprised but I can tell they love the shit out of that shit.

^no shit, I do the 6 month policy. Then they go "oh yeah, your that guy". It helps to be memorable, even only if it was for a second. Is it odd to have women actually calling you to make dates? I get half and half of where they call me to hang out and shit.
