appearantly you didnt pass history in grade school either - just because a flag has stars and bars doesnt mean that they represent racism. The War was about states rights (which we have now by the way thanks to the War). If you hate NC so much, then why did you come here to get an education? I think all North Carolinians agree that we never wanted all the attention and "transplants" coming down here and spoiling our good weather, superior and affordable education system, and our way of life.

did anyone else notice that during Biden's comparison of McCain to Bush (like his main one) he said "Bush's" really really funny. And kind of popped up everytime he said it.

Also he referenced himself in the third person TWICE and I died laughing. There were definitely some quality quality moments from both sides in that debate. I literally teared up from laughing a few times. THat is horrible, I guess....but it happened.

you are correct - the stars and bars themselves do not represent racism, they represent stars and bars, respectively.

the connotation those symbols carry, along with the opinion of the overwhelming majority of people that support the confederate flag when it comes to racial issues (no matter how repressed), represent racism.

the war (by the way, i love how you capatalize the word "war") wasn't only about states' rights. you may want to read up on your grade school history before you try and pwn people.
