$500 a month INCLUDING ALL UTILITIES, with your own big ass full bathroom, in a large FULLY FURNISHED house, in an upper/middle class neighborhood is a damn good price if you ask me.

I may not have mentioned that there is also a 3rd bedroom that is empty and can be used to store any extra shit you have that you might of had to rent a storage unit for.

Utilities run around $80 per person a month, depending on what time of year it is. I pay the DirecTV myself because there isn't a jack in the spare room, so I figured it isn't fair to split that if you can't watch it in your room.

And my lease ends on 3/31/09
