The absurdity of CNN's latest election technologies makes me want to watch it simply for the humor... unfortunately Scrubs is also on, and is thus funnier than CNN.

Further evidence that the polling was correct.

Further evidence that I'll get some stuff done in Fallout tonight.

I know! If they're going to overuse a prop, then do what CNN does and overuse some godless abomination of technology.

Alright, now that's just stupid... CNN just definitively called 5 different states before any part of them even began reporting in. I mean, they're probably right, but that's plain dumb.

It's just dumb that they are calling states with only like 1 and 2 percent of the votes in.

They might have a lot of early vote data. Something like 40% of people in North Carolina voted early so there have to be a few other states with similar data.

Anyone have any polling data on the Michigan referendum that is a step towards decriminalization of marijuana? I was looking online and couldn't find anything.

I think it was to make small possession only marijuana arrests a non-priority, no criminal record for all small possession only offenses, and a $100 fine.

Baby steps.

CNN is awesome...

"Ohio has 15% of precincts in and we'll let the numbers come in...."

2 minutes later

"Ohio to OBAMA!!!"

That sounds a lot like what San Francisco did. The de-prioritizing of its enforcement.

this election was like being a state fan... holding out hope that somehow you can pull and upset when you know it probably won't happen, and ending the night severely disappointed because of unrealistic expectations...

so in a way, i was already preped for this lol
