i wasn't aware eliminating the 2nd amendment was on his agenda

gun regulation does not equal the elimination of the second amendment

the supreme court hasn't even ruled on the interpretation of the 2nd amendment (EXCEPT in D.C., which you may remember from civics doesn't help the rest of the U.S. because it isn't a state) re: the well regulated militia v. for citizens personal protection/whatever else argument. but i mean it does show that they kind of shut down the whole militia argument. i think there are too many checks in place for the 2nd amendment to go anywhere, even if he wanted it to.

b) why the FUCK do you need an automatic weapon? I have been avid hunter all my life and only people i know with automatic weapons are thugs, criminals, and gangsters. Making it harder to get a automatic weapon sits great with me. I'll enjoy my bolt action and pump action guns all day. Thats all you need anyway.
